In this initial stage, we begin with a deep dive to understand what the client wants to achieve and why it is important to them. Through this process, we identify the optimal solution for the client. This may entail designing a customized Integral Coaching®  program or utilizing one of our psychometric assessments as a foundation for co-creating a development plan that is tailored to help clients build the skills and competencies to become effective leaders. 

Develop

In the next stage, clients participates in a minimum of three 1:1 coaching sessions with one of our professional coaches. Through powerful coaching conversations and customized developmental practices that include journaling and reflection, the clients gain insights into their strengths and develop the competencies they need to lead with confidence.

Soar

In the final stage, we establish timelines for follow-up coaching sessions to support clients as they apply their newly acquired skills to lead effectively and achieve organizational goals.
