Sara Whittaker
Sara is a Gallup Certified Strength Coach and certified EQ-i 2.0 practitioner who collaborates with individuals to realize their full potential and leverage their strengths to achieve organizational and personal goals.
With over 35 years of retail sales and education management, Sara is a leader, coach, and master facilitator who can identify talent and teach others how to take an individualized approach to the development of their direct reports.
A natural teacher with excellent communication skills, Sara can create curriculum or workshops that focus on development strategies to increase client or employee engagement and result in increased productivity, sales, and retention.
Grace Olha
Grace is an Integral Coach™, EQ-i 2.0 and DiSC® certified and a VIA Character Strengths practitioner. She is also a trained facilitator who develops and facilitates interactive training workshops as well as corporate meetings where groups come together to solve problems, make decisions and reach desired outcomes.
Grace believes in creating trusting and supportive coaching environments by listening deeply to truly understand her clients' needs, challenges and priorities. Her collaborative style encourages transformational change with the goal of finding a profound sense of purpose and meaning.
Grace has been recognized for her many contributions, most notable from the Deputy Minister and Chief of the Defence Staff of the Department of National Defence.
